All Four of Barradale, O'Connell, Newkirk & Dwyer, P.A.'s attorneys are named New Hampshire's Best Lawyers for 2015

October 2014  For the sixth straight year, all four of our attorneys were named New Hampshire's Best Lawyers by Woodward/White.  This year, David Barradale, Colleen O'Connell and Maureen Dwyer were each named Best Lawyers in the area of Trusts and Estates.  David Barradale was also named a Best Lawyer in the area of Tax Law and Maureen Dwyer was also named a Best Lawyer in the area of Elder Law.  Pamela Newkirk was named a Best Lawyer in the area of Litigation - Trusts and Estates.

Colleen O'Connell is named an Accredited Estate Planner®

Colleen O'Connell is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.  

The Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation is a graduate level specialization in estate planning, obtained in addition to already recognized professional credentials, and is awarded by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) to recognize estate planning professionals who meet stringent requirements of experience, knowledge, education, professional reputation and character.  An AEP® designation holder must embrace the team concept of estate planning and adhere to the NAEPC Code of Ethics.
